The following is an abbreviated version of the terms of the agreement between the Daki.Market service (hereinafter the "Service") and the buyer (the "Buyer") on ordering souvenir printing services through the Service's Website (the "Site"). The full version of the Agreement can be found here. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase our services, so please review these terms carefully before making purchases.
The service informs the buyer that the production is located in Rīga, Latvia, delivery to other cities is carried out through intermediaries — Standard Post. The service is not responsible for the delivery of gifts and does not accept claims in case of violation of delivery deadlines.
Delivery to other cities is carried out only after making a 100% prepayment, which includes the cost of the selected product and the selected delivery method. The order is sent to print only after receiving full payment.
The buyer understands and guarantees that the contact information submitted by him during the checkout is true, correct and complete. After placing an order on the site, the buyer will receive a confirmation letter by mail, the ringing of orders is not carried out. The layout is approved via mail, messengers or social networks.
The quality of photos when printing depends on their original quality. If the photo itself is grainy, dark or fuzzy, the image will turn out the same when printed. The minimum size of photos, in order for them to look good when printing, is 960x960 pixels.
For orders issued, paid for and sent to print after 10 a.m. Rīga time, the production of goods will begin from the next working day. Working days are considered to be from Monday to Friday, with the exception of generally accepted holidays.
Cancellation of an order after it has been sent to print for production is possible provided that only 50% of the cost of the goods is returned.
In case of our printing error, we will reprint your order or refund you the full cost, subject to the return of the goods at your expense. After receiving the goods, we will refund the cost to the card from which the payment was made. Claims on the quality of the order are accepted within 1 business day after receiving the order. If you think there was an error when printing your order, please send us the photos of the product you received. Take a picture of the product in natural light, we will evaluate it and decide how best to proceed.
Our service creates unique products that are made individually for each client. You cannot refuse the product or choose a refund if the problem with the order arose through no fault of ours (Article 26.1 of the Law of the Latvia of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-I "On Consumer Protection") The most common situations:
When you receive an order at the post office, at the delivery point of the courier service or from the courier, you need to open the order with employees. If the fact is discovered that the order was damaged during shipment, it is necessary to fill out an act of rejection of the damaged parcel with the employees. Information about the execution of the act can be provided to you by the staff of the post office or courier service. Then you will need to send us a photo of the damaged goods and the drawn up act so that we can take further measures. We will not be able to accept a claim about a damaged product without a certificate of refusal to receive the parcel. You can find answers to additional questions on our website in the Help section.
