If you have any doubts while placing an order – whether it's about the price or reviews – I would advise against making a purchase. As a manager, I won't try to persuade you to place an order. Why? If doubts arise, it indicates that something may not initially meet your expectations, and it likely won't when you receive it. In the plethora of services available today, you'll undoubtedly find a store that suits you. So, why should I boast about how wonderful we are if you're already biased? We provide all the information about our products, featuring customer photos on our website, including both positive and negative reviews. We don't delete any comments about our work because we believe in transparency (they can be found on third-party review sites). Yes, we might have some shortcomings – after all, people who make mistakes are often involved in production. However, we actively address each shortcoming, working to improve in the future. If a single negative review about our company dissuades you from choosing us, then so be it. Simply put, we may not be «your company», and you may not be «our client», and that's perfectly normal.
