Our production is located only in Rīga, Latvia. There are no branches in other cities. Yet.

All types of our products and current prices are presented in the catalog on the site. If the product is not on the site, then we do not make it.

On weekends, production does not work, the production time of goods is 1-3 working days (depends on the product).

Delivery is possible to any city and to any country.

When sending orders by courier service and mail, we work only on 100% prepayment. Upon receipt, nothing will need to be paid.

How is the delivery made?

We ship orders all over the world by Mail or courier service .

Can you send an order to my city?

Yes, unless you live on the moon, in another galaxy or dimension. We ship orders by mail or courier service to any address on planet Earth.

I need the order as soon as possible, the deadlines indicated on the website do not suit me. Can I speed up the order?

Unfortunately, no, it is impossible to speed up the order when delivering to most cities. In some cases, it is possible to send by express delivery, but check this question individually before ordering from the manager.

Can mail deliver an order by a certain day?

The work of the mail is quite unpredictable. We cannot promise delivery by a certain date.

How do I know that the order has arrived at my post office?

Employees of your department will have to deliver you a receipt to receive the order. Also, information about the receipt of the order in your department will be displayed by the link to track the order.

Which type of delivery is better to choose? By courier or to the pick-up point?

We recommend choosing delivery to the pick-up point, which will allow to deliver the order within the specified time. The work of couriers is influenced by many factors that cannot be controlled, such as: weather conditions, the situation on the roads, a large number of orders. Such factors lead to delays in delivery or postponement of delivery to the next day. Unfortunately, neither we nor the management of the courier company can predict all force majeure in advance, so we advise you to choose delivery to the pick-up point.

The courier service did not deliver the order to me at the time that was stipulated, can you do something?

Unfortunately, the courier service is already another company whose work we do not control. We cannot influence either the delivery time or the delivery process itself. We do not have information why they did not deliver the order within the specified time. One of the frequent reasons why the order was not delivered on time is that the courier could not reach you. Without confirmation of delivery - the courier does not go to your address. We recommend checking the status on the expected delivery day - whether the delivery order has been issued to the courier. If there is no status, you can contact the courier service by phone or in an online chat on their website. And also your phone should be in the access zone. If the order is not delivered on the specified day, the delivery will be postponed to another day.

Why didn't my order arrive on time?

Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question. Courier service and mail are completely different companies whose work we do not control. If they do not meet their delivery deadlines, only they can answer the question why this is happening. Our company is not responsible for delays in delivery.

When do you send the order to print?

When the order is delivered by mail or courier service, the order is sent to print after 100% prepayment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for the order using PayPal, Paysera, Wise or Cryptocurrencies. 

Is it possible to pay for the order upon receipt?

No, it's not possible at the moment.

I didn't like the resulting product. What to do?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us [email protected] . In case of our printing error, we will reprint your order or refund you the full cost of the goods, subject to the return of the goods at your expense. If the product did not meet your expectations due to the poor quality of the original images, no refund will be made.
If you just didn't like the order because you expected something else, the refund is not carried out. All information about our products is presented on the website.

The order was delivered in a damaged form. What to do?

If you receive an order by mail, then you need to open the order at the branch. Upon detection of the fact that the order came of inadequate quality, it is necessary to fill out an act of rejection of the damaged parcel with the operators. Information about the execution of the act can be provided to you by the post office staff. If you have chosen delivery by courier service, then you need to open the order with the courier or directly at the order pick-up point. If the fact is discovered that the order has arrived of inadequate quality, it is necessary to fill out an act of rejection of the damaged parcel with the courier or manager at the order pick-up point. The courier service staff will be able to provide you with information about the registration of the act. Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been sent to print?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order after it has been sent to production, subject to a refund of only 50% of the cost of the goods. Cancellation of the order after sending by mail or courier service is not possible.

How to place an order?

You can place an order online on the website, we recommend placing an order there, because when sending photos via other communication methods, the quality of photos deteriorates. After placing an order, we prepare a product layout (for chocolates, albums, magnets, stickers and cards, layouts are not provided), if it suits you, we send the order to print.

Can I place an order at any time?

Yes, you can place an order through the website at any time. For orders issued, paid for and sent to print after 10 a.m. Rīga time, the production of the goods will begin from the next working day. Working days are considered to be from Monday to Friday, with the exception of generally accepted holidays.

Will you call to confirm the order?

No, after placing an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation letter by email. The layout is approved via messengers, social networks or e-mail.

Can I use rectangular photos?

No, if you choose not one photo per product, but a layout in the form of a collage, then to prepare layouts, all photos must be square. Depending on the photo itself, the manager, at his discretion, either cuts the photo or draws the «margins».

Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been sent to print?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order after it has been sent to production, subject to a refund of only 50% of the cost of the goods. Cancellation of the order after sending by mail or courier service is not possible.

Can you correct the photo? Remove extra people from her?

No, we don't do photo correction. We work with the images that are provided to us.

The photo was uploaded upside down, I can't change it. What to do?

We will turn the photo over ourselves after placing the order.

Won't the photo become blurry/fuzzy when printing?

The quality of photos when printing depends on their original quality. If the photo itself is grainy, dark or fuzzy, the image will turn out to be the same when printing.

Is it possible for you to upload photos not from Instagram?

Yes. You can upload photos from your computer or phone.

What size should the photos be?

The minimum size of photos, in order for them to look good when printing, is 960x960 pixels (for most products). We can print smaller photos, but they may turn out to be blurry or grainy. When uploading photos on the site, there will be an automatic notification if the photos are not suitable in quality.

I am ordering from you not for the first time, is it possible to get a discount?

No, we do not provide discounts. We have promo codes. To get a promo code, you can leave a review with a photo of the received product, the promo code is also embedded in the orders that we send to you, or you can google the promo code :)

Can I make a Christmas ball with a photo? Or a robe with its own inscription or initials?

No, all types of our products are presented on the website. If in catalog there is no product, that you're searching, so we don't make it.

Are the chocolates delicious? Is the pillow pleasant to the touch? Are the photos high-quality?

Yes, all our products are designed for you to experience only positive emotions when you receive them.

What is the pillow material?

Can you arrange a gift in a gift box?

When delivering orders in Rīga, Latvia, most of the gifts have gift packaging. When sending orders by mail or courier service, the priority is the safety of the gift during shipment. The products are packed in special materials required for shipment. Gift packaging is not provided for shipment by mail or courier service.
