Return and exchange guarantees
In case of our printing error, we will reprint your order or refund you the full cost of the goods, subject to the return of the goods at your expense. After receiving the order, we refund the cost of the goods to the card from which the payment was made. There is no refund for delivery. Claims on the quality of the order are accepted within 1 business day after receiving the order. If you think there was an error when printing your order, please send us the photos of the product you received. Take a picture of the product in natural light, we will evaluate it and decide how best to proceed.
Our service creates unique products that are made individually for each client. You cannot refuse the product or choose a refund if the problem with the order arose through no fault of our own. The most common situations:
- Low quality photos. If the photo is initially dark, yellow, grainy — it will turn out the same when printing. Images are not processed before printing, it is impossible to improve the quality of images. When uploading a photo on the website, there will be a warning if the resolution of the photo is not suitable for high-quality printing.
- The color difference between a home computer, phone, tablet and our professionally calibrated printing systems may differ significantly. Please note that we cannot print images according to how they are displayed on your screen. The screens of phones and computers are illuminated, which can make the image brighter and more contrasting or vice versa more faded, depending on your screen settings. When printing on fabrics and other materials, there is no such illumination.
- You did not read the product information before placing an order and expected something else. Information about the sizes, materials used or fillers is available on our website. If you have any additional questions, you can clarify them by phone or with the manager. Also on the website there are photos of ready customer orders, where you can see how the selected product will look like.
- You expected the order to arrive earlier than the delivery time stated at the time of registration. Please note that the delivery time is specified in working days. Working days are considered to be from Monday to Friday, with the exception of generally accepted holidays.
- The delivery service did not deliver the goods by a specific deadline. We do not control the work of delivery services and do not accept claims in case of violation of delivery terms.
The order can be canceled and the funds paid can be refunded if the order is in the status "waiting for confirmation" or "preparing for printing". Contact the manager to make a refund. When canceling an order with the status "sent to print", "in progress", only 50% of the cost of the goods can be refunded. Cancellation of the order after it is sent by mail or courier service is not possible.
The Service does not control the refund period. On average, the return period is from 1 to 5 working days. The maximum refund period can be 30 days. If the money has not been refunded after this period, you need to contact your bank with this issue.
